  • Client Engagement: Assist clients with product onboarding and troubleshooting through various channels.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure clients are happy with our services and offer additional support as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with sales and product teams to relay client feedback and drive improvements.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular updates to the team.
  • Sales Opportunities: Identify chances to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term partnerships.
  • Customer Experience: Seek ways to improve the customer experience and exceed expectations.
